Writing to you to let you know that on the 12/06/2023 I went into betfred shop and placed a bet on a football. And the football team what I’ve put on won. The next day I went into betfred and scanned my bet slip and it said on the machine money has been paid out. I know for a fact that I did not get my money back. I have a learning disability. When can I have my money back ASAP? I want my money back tomorrow in the betting shop or in my bank account?? Hear from you soon as possible. Aaron Plumpton
