My complaint:
One day I went to use my Bet365 account and received a message stating that I have restrictions on my account. They don’t tell you what restrictions or why. I found myself unable to place any bets. I could only withdraw my money, which I did quickly while I was able to. I still have most of my bonus bets available, they show them as being in my account so I’m thinking my restriction will eventually be lifted… After a couple emails to them I was told my account is CLOSED and they can’t tell me why.
Suggested solution:
Give me my account back or tell me exactly why my account is closed.
