My complaint:
I used my wife’s credit card(with permission) to deposit $200 for the superbowl experimenting as I usually use instadebit. I ended up winning some good coin. Went to withdraw funds but they are trying to make me use a bank wire to withdraw. Problem is that they want a SWIFT number for my bank which I don’t know.
So I tried to use instadebit instead to withdraw said money, they put restrictions on my account!!!! I have live chatted with them everyday for the last two weeks and they refuse to help me. They tried telling me my phone was invalid so I had one of the agents call me, it worked no problem but he was unable to discuss the matter and said they would call me back the next day, no dice!
They have since let me withdraw my funds but won’t lift the restrictions!
Suggested solution:
They should actually call me like they said they would and lift the restrictions on my account!
