My complaint:
Bet365 have been having issues as of late which they have acknowledged which has made it so your bets are disappearing and aren’t accessible.
This makes cashout an impossibility. Over the past few weeks I have had a few bets that I have attempted to cashout and it has told me that the cashout is not possible at this time. When I close the app and reopen it all of a sudden the Bets tab has gone..
Just today I had got a small stake on 3 horses, 2 of which come in. The cash out was just a little over £13 and the full return is £19. Seeing as I only placed £2 on I felt happy with the £13 made attempted to cash out.. But wouldn’t allow me..
Down to this the final horse that was in my acca lost which voided my bet.
I then went onto customer complaints to express the anger about the fact this keeps happening on a day to day basis and they said that they are aware of the issues and they feel that not goodwill is needed.
I then questioned the advisor and said that well what bet365 are doing is essentially allowing people to place bets but then making it impossible for them to have any sort of cashout function.
She Bascially agreed and said that she understands the problem is annoying but there was nothing she could do?
Now this problem has been going on for weeks and weeks and it only seems to happen when you have got a winning bet on, as it never seems to happen when your bet is losing
