My complaint:
I placed a bet for a over 2.5 goals the team then scored and I cashed out, I then placed the winnings onto a team to win. But then bet365 voided my bet as they said the other goal in the previous bet was disallowed. But I had cashed out and re bet on something else. They then put my account in minus -£399 and cancelled my next bet in order for them to claw the money back.
Suggested solution:
They should honour the cash out or not offer it in the first place
