My complaint:
Very unsanitary that my 2 UGG bath towels were delivered at my front steps unwrapped and unsealed – I was quite shocked that Bed Bath and Beyond would even think of not wrapping bath towels before delivery). I am looking at returning the items at this point. Totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I should not have to pay for these towels and a gift card
