My complaint:
We stayed at the baymont in Paducah KY. The room was nasty dirty. There was used bars of soap in the shower. Room phone was not hooked up. Carpet was dirty. Bed cover was stained. Got up in the morning, no hot water.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund of the money that we paid and hopefully make them clean it up
