My complaint:

It’s my first time placing a complaining about anywhere or anyone . The following is the review I posted on google.

The owner was SO IMPOLITE , DISRESPECTFUL and KNEW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE…I just walked into the store , Bay Green convenience store , to buy lotto , I picked 3 rows of numbers and asked the owner if I could get 3 seperate tkts , he said “ it’s impossible “ which he was right about , I just replied : “I don’t know why I think I got seperate tkts before” , that’s all I said , HE REPLIED : GO GET UR TKT SOMEWHERE ELSE , YOU ARE SO RUDE !!!

He called me rude a couple of times because I thought I could get seperate tkts !! !!!and he kept saying go out , go out of my store !
How surprised you get as a customer with this attitude ?!! I left without getting any lottory anyways .
So disappointed .

I really appreciate if supermarkets can be notified of the complaints to make sure customers receive proper service .
