My complaint:
I received an i.v. sticking while in the emergency room and told them I wanted to file a complaint soon as it happened and they kept it quiet and said it should stop hitting in a couple of months and I told the hospital that my arm has not healed from throbbing pain and nerve pain shooting all down my arm and hand and doctors told me that only surgery will fix my arm. Now they want to say nothing will be done after looking at my medical records trying to say it pain from arthritis or neck and spine pain. And my hand is normal
Suggested solution:
I have to have surgery and I lost a job and tried to work since and has permanently list use of my atm and hand. I want to be paid for the damage to my nerve and get my surgery done. Even if my medical pay they still responsible for my lost of salary from my job 1 and 9 months of suffering
