My complaint:
I was on the site and I had the card and pin all ready but I was “too slow” I am autistic and it took me about 4 minutes and then it kicked me out (Taylor presale) before I got to buy 3 tickets , and it said I over used the site when in reality I was doing my best to be fast and put in the card details before it told me I was too slow again. It’s very disappointing
Suggested solution:
I know they are in demand but I tried to get tickets 3/4 different times and then wasn’t allowed to pay, I would like these 3 tickets Ofc I’ll pay for them but it’s so sad that’s I had the money to pay and it just kicked me out at the end
