My complaint:
There were holes punched in the walls and bathroom door. The carpet was filthy and in shreds. The shower did not work. The sheets were disgusting. The room was infested with bedbugs. There were drug addicts running up and down the halls, children running the halls until 4 am unsupervised. There was someone passed out in the stairwell inside the building. The room smelled of smoke from cigarettes and filth. The water in the room smelled so strongly of sulfer that it could not be used to brush teeth or drank. They were so disgusted by the filth of the room that they couldn’t even think about a complementary breakfast served in a filthy room.
The toddlers and adults staying in this room were covered in bedbug bites and their personal clothes and blankets were infested from only 2 nights. Their cars ended up infested from their belongings that had been in the room.
Suggested solution:
All money spent here should be refunded and they should pay for the laundry and cleaning that had to be done to their blankets, clothes and vehicles from the bedbugs.
That they charge $80.00 a night for this room is absolutely disgusting.
