ASICS complaint: Customer service representative was very arrogant

My complaint:

Received a shoe where was no tag and sole was dirty and seems like it was washed and someone used. Wanted to inform and called customer service. A male representative and i explained what i received. He said they don’t take used item and without stopping, going through the steps that i need to follow to return the item. I simply asked please hold on. let me digest. Then i said, as you said you dont take used item, but i got an used item and if i return that now, will be there any issue? He kept silent i realized he has an issue. I told him you may speak now. He started and he approached rudely and stopped him immediately and told him to transfer to someone or hang up so that i can review him. But he did not hang up and played a policy of not reviewing him. I am upset and disappointed as i never got this service before! i use Asics shoe for 12 year and more!
