My complaint:

People never buy a protection plan with Ashley they are the worst company that offer to fix or replace an accidental claim. This company has been contacted numerous time with no success to anything. Customer service hangs up on you, tech lies about them being at your door. Simply HORRIBLE Never buy an insurance for your furniture. It never WORKS

Suggested solution:

They Should place my furniture with ALL the hassle they've been giving me. I've spend hours on the phone with them and days. I made hundredths of calls to them.
