My complaint:
At 10.09.23 I was waiting for bus number 4 at Telford bus station to Madeley, which should be at 18.35 from town centre- as the Sundays last service, but it dose not depart. All times on the bus station screens was running information about bus number 4 departing times – but finely after more than 50 min of waiting, I find bymyself that it was false – the last bus service to Madeley dose not depart . As a customer I would like get trustfull information from service provider – if the bus is dalayed or cancelled, I would like to know about this and planing my journay differnt, but this was not aivailable … Also maybee for Arriva company can be interesting to find out, where the last missing service towards Madeley in reality had been ?
Finely I get home with the taxi, which costed me 4 times more than bus ticket
