My complaint:
Having always been a regular customer of Arnott’s Biscuits you have now lost me, and hopefully many others, in the changes you have made to the above products. Sao biscuits used to be a nice puffy type of biscuit but over recent times it has been reduced to eating cardboard and Granitas have similarly been reduced from an enjoyable treat to a much harder sugar coated disc.
Would be interested to know why this has been done – surely “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.
Suggested solution:
Supply an explanation to a gradual change to what used to be a great product.
