My complaint:
As a local patron whom lives 37 miles from the casino in AZ. feel that we as locals are being targeted in a way to as make us pay double to earn status and to keep it. Locals have to qualify 2x a year to receive the same benefits as non local patrons whom only have to qualify once a year. Also we are targeted from True Rewards and we only receive our kick back dividends in instalments over 6 months when non locals don’t , non locals are 2x a year dividend payout. Locals are basically being persecuted for living to close and visiting the Aquarius to often so they don’t reward you for coming more often they punish you.
Suggested solution:
Locals want to be treated with the same parameters as non locals instead of being reversed from what every other casino does, which is reward their local customers not punish them.
