My complaint:
During a pandemic and the day before a massive snow storm hit my sons water was turned off over $179 dollars. That’s it. Maybe after $1000 and maybe when there is no pandemic. But during a pandemic and right before a storm .. legally allowed to do it doesn’t mean it’s ok.
Suggested solution:
Stop treating people like we live in China. No one cancels anyone over $179 and yet here we are. Despicable honestly.
