My complaint:
Targets and implies only people who sexual identify gay, trans and bi have HIV. It is offensive, discriminates and prejudice.
HIV is spread through cross blood contamination such as needles, blood transfusions etc. and as we all know unprotected sex. People who identify as straight do and have been subject to all of those.
Suggested solution:
You should remove that commercial immediately. Redo another commercial that is respectful and tasteful.
How do you think that commercial is helpful to ALL who have HIV? It’s suppose to be a commercial of hope for this suffering with HIV. For those who were victims of unknowingly contracting this disease.
