My complaint:

i had my phone for 2 weeks now and also i bought my daughter an iPad signed up for apple Id and after using my apple store and downloading all the apps I need. please keep in mind am making purchases normal from my saved card. and it worked and after adding $75 and being on the phone with them for 2 days now they are very RUDE AND THEY TELL ME MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. I asked for a reason and they were rude and Hung up. I WILL NOT LET THIS SLIDE. it’s ruining our STAYATHOME when I cant purchase stuff for my daughter for her I pad. i want to start moving forward to legal actions with the recorded calls i have from them and how they are accusing me of being a fraudster. the phone calls are recorded with the agent’s name and even senior reps telling me to go create a new Apple ID . which i did and again took more money and cancelled my account

Suggested solution:

i dont know if wasting 2 days and first wasting my money which they have and they don't want to refund it . and blocking my account for no reason.
