My complaint:
Last year someone stole my Apple iPhone 6, after I had just signed up for the 3 months free of Apple Music. Then they started charging me $9.99 a month. I’ve tried desperately to find anywhere on the internet including social media but without an Apple product (which i cannot afford) they don’t give you access to contacting them. Since then I have had to avoid them by locking my account, or just dealing with the $9.99 charge.
Suggested solution:
They should look on their records and return any money they have skimmed out of my account. Why is it so hard to get in contact with the apple company?
