My complaint:

My apple card account and apple savings account got locked 2 weeks ago.
In order to unlock it, the Apple card team at Goldman Sachs needed to send a 6-digit code to the phone number associated with the account.
Since I don’t have that number anymore, they needed to verify my new phone number with an outbound call.
After many call backs and chats from my side, nothing happened and I don’t have access to neither of my accounts, credit card and savings with a lot of money on it.
2 weeks in and they still say, that the account is under review.

Suggested solution:

Just please unlock my accounts and get me access to my money.
