My complaint:
I bought a product on ebay, the seller is from United States and i am from Brazil, It was supposed to arrive in January 27th, and I haven´t had an update on it since JANUARY 3RD. It´s a lipstick and a lip liner, they´re small so I wouldn´t be surprised if they´re lost. But i need to lnow, it stopped in São Paulo, my zip code is in Minas Gerais. I tried to contact them trought the web site 4 times, they sent anemail saying We will contact you soon but that didn´t happen.
Suggested solution:
I just need to know if everything is okay with my order so I know if i have to wait or get my money back, and please ship faster.
