My complaint:
I purchased an electric Car on November 29th at about 12;00PM. This was a gift for my granddaughter. How ever the order was cancelled within 2 hours on the same day. I was charged $351.19 on my account and it has not been credited.
I am getting run arounds from your customer Service and within FedEx. Now I am doing their work.
It appears your employees are conducting themselves completely opposite the Company policy

Please credit my account as the order was cancelled within 2 hours. Let employees do their work and not impose on customers to do their work,.
