My complaint:
The guy charged my for a full fountain drink when I only got ice. I explained to him it’s only ice not a drink and it shouldn’t be the same price. He just said that’s how it works and I tried explaining to him no I come in here and other ampm all the time ice isn’t the same price and a actual fountain drink. He said he didn’t care and as I walked away I said this is fucked up and he sarcastically said have a great day. I said the fuck ever and he started yelling at me FUCK YOU BITCH. This is not ok
Suggested solution:
I would like maybe a refund for what I should have paid and the guy working this morning 120122 8:00am at the ampm on 112th and 99.
He should not be able to cuz at customers like that.
