My complaint:

I contacted amora coffee last week explaining to them I had a charge on my debit card for 68.75 and I didn’t approve any transaction with them
I explained how my bank was notified of this charge as well as another one. The lady I spoke with asked for my information I gave it to her and she quickly seen it was a false account and assured me I’d get my money back within 24 hours and its now been almost a week and I still don’t have it back. I’ve contacted them 7xs about the matter just to get people who are rude or hang up. I have never received Any products from this company I dont even drink coffee. And I’d like the 68.75 put back into my account. I work hard for my money and I refuse to have what little I do have taken from me due to a company not keeping there word. I have done my part, now put my money back. Don’t scam people that work hard everyday.

Put my money back In my account. I have never got anything from them. They didn't have any of the correct information for me but yet there holding my money after telling me it would be in my account the next day its been almost a week. Just give me my money!!
