They have been giving me the run around about my refund. I booked online I can’t believe this

WTH????? That’s more than the cost of the room ?????!
I only stayed 1 night at this hotel due to not having what they had offered as part of amenities which was the pool. I been saving$$$ for this trip !!! It was a part of my youngest bday gift and part of summer vacation to visit there sister in Petaluma. Well no one informed us about the pool being closed or anything like that at all. We got there my girls got ready to go swim and pool was locked . Nothing wrong with pool. Looked nice and clean.
Went to front office and they informed me that it was closed.. spoke a another front desk person later on and she told me the pool had been closed because the city closed it due to the testing wall needed to be fixed? So that’s why pool was closed ok so why did they not have that posted on website that pool is closed. I picked this place because my oldest daughter works down the street and she was going to stay with us and go swimming.. It was very hot and the pool is why we picked this place for the pool. We my kids ending up going with the their sister to a real hotel that had a pool. Anyways been calling Priceline since I booked it threw them and it’s been a joke !
What’s the problem pool closed I checked out spoke to front office they where ok with it but know no one picks up the phone at the hotel and here i am still being charged for days Im not there !
That’s wrong !!! America best Inn I think not!!!!

Would like my refund back minus $102.94 since I had to stay the night.
