My complaint:
On may 13 at @ 9:31pm I fell into a pothole in front of the store on 11th ave. There was no warning signs or cones to inform of pothole. Due to the depth of pothole I damaged my right front rim. I filed a complaint with city of Hanford and they said I needed to file it with American tire
Suggested solution:
Due to not being able to order just 1 rim due to them being outdated I want all rims replaced or a respectable cash settlement.
