My complaint:
On July 21, 2020 I ordered from American Heritage Bullion 3 rolls of 2020 Silver Eagle. My order number is AHM201914341. I paid a total of $1,393.89 by check (price was $1,437.00 – $43.11 for check discount). I paid by check, xxxx which posted as cashed on my bank account on July 31, 2020.
I called and emailed several times over the intervening months asking where my 3 rolls of silver eagles were and was continually told they were waiting for delivery from the US Mint. Finally, on March 10, 2021 I was again able to get someone on the phone and canceled the order. I received a ation. As of August 10, 2021 I have not received a refund or a silver Eagles. I have called repeatedly and have been told the money will be on its way.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund.
