Ambers Furniture complaint: Deliver displayed bed instead of new ordered one

My complaint:

We order bed to amber furniture at Dec 1, 2019. We are expecting to get our new bed by the end of January. They told us at the time of ordering the stuff they will call us once bed arrive in the store but they didn’t call us. We went to store by 25 January or maybe 26 January 2020 at that time one of the sales person said bed not delivered yet and he said that you guys can come tomorrow to talk to the EJ who ordered bed for us after couple hours we got call from them that o bed was delivered but sales person don’t know about that who was present in the store when we go to check about my ordered stuff.They call us to come on Tuesday 27 January.we went to store on January 27 EJ he ask us to deliver the bed on Tuesday but he said he don’t have the night stands which we ordered with bed we were agree to deliver the bed only. When the delivery guys come to my house to deliver and install the bed that was unbelievable they are carrying some of the stuff of the bed in their hands and head board and rails are wrapped in clothes that was not packed properly which that suppose to be when they bought the bed stuff in our room to install that was not a brand new bed I took pictures of all the stuff and also call to the store about that they said email us the pictures and we did that to but I went to the store to show the pictures to the person who sale bed to us instead of listening me and watching pictures he started shouting on me and said that I don’t want to talk to crazy lady like you he said get out of my store and on the top of the they are he also shouted on my dad to because my dad he just walking towards the site where they display the bed before he saw that bed was not there. This is not about 100 and 200 Dollars stuff we paid 3099 and still 400 need to be pay after we will get night stands . They have cameras at their store which will show his gestures while he was talking to me. If he is such a honest and not lied then why he didn’t show us the bed when we went to the store on Tuesday 27 January 2020 which he stated that while he ordered a bed for us and why they don’t behave to the customers when they are sale their stuff at that time why they treat the people so well because they want to sale their stuff . Is this good business to treat people like this after sold their stuff? Is this a good reputation of the store ?

Suggested solution:

We want a brand new stuff and the person who was talking to me should know that how to deal with customers professionally. He should know how to talk to the ladies and the customers.
