My complaint:
On December 13,2019 the above subject provided service to my automobile an 2000 ford expedition *** addition on or about the vehicle was received and driven home and as a result of poor service it never operated or function beyond that date.the vehicle was received by the company and never heard back from . the payment for services by the company was $757.64 also other defects have come about etc.air condition , and heat system has been disabled as a result of poor service
Suggested solution:
Please conduct an investigation to this matter or be refunded in full payment when every company have a duty to take reasonable measures to patronse when we rely on their service and care in allmatters of professionalism.
