My complaint:
I bought the lazor razor from amalfiuk.com on 29th april 2023. The item was advertised as a lazor hair removal device which removes hair from the root. The website states that they have a 30 day money back guarantee if a customer is unhappy. I received the razor and after using it, it is not a hair removal device and it does not have a lazor, it has a blue light and is a poorly made razor not a hair removal device.
I contacted the company and reminded them of the 30 day money back guarantee on their website. They refused to acknowledge this guarantee and after 6 emails requested that I send the item back at my own expense without any guarantee of a refund upon its receipt. Meanwhile I had set up up Paypal dispute for the transaction.
Paypal has closed the dispute claiming that I have altered the item whilst it has been in my possession. This is false. I do not understand where this claim has come from. I want my full money back for this product.
Suggested solution:
A full refund and they can pay for the return postage if they want the item back.
