My complaint:

This complaint is regarding my recent stay experience at this specific location of Aloft (Marriott Bonvoy). I have great concerns with housekeeping. On the day of my check in which was 12/23/23 I left my room around 6 to 6:30 pm to get food. Prior to me leaving sprayed on my cologne and proceeded to place it down on the counter top which was left inside of the room. As I arrived back I noticed someone had entered the room and changed out the towels in my room. Didn’t notice that anything else had been moved or tampered with. The next day 12/24/23 I proceeded to clean the room before my check out time which was 12pm. I thoroughly checked my things to make sure I had everything which I then realize that my cologne was not in my bag or in the room where I left it. Now considering my service that I had received from the front desk staff was good I didn’t want to assume that someone took my cologne from the room or my bag. So I went to my vehicle to check but wasn’t there. So I then drove to where I received food from to make sure that it wasn’t discarded there or misplaced. From there I then drive back to the Aloft location to see if anyone from housekeeping had turned it in for lost and found. Mikayla who was there at the time stated that no one had turned anything in and that she would leave a notice on my account in this regard that my $150 bottle of Dior cologne is missing. The manager was on vacation for a week and that someone would get back with me and She proceeded to give another managers name/info by the name of Jordan. I told her thanks and left knowing that I would give them a call again for follow up. I called the follow Days which were Monday 12/25/23, Tuesday 12/26/23, Wednesday 12/27/23. Thursday 12/28/23 and no response, also me driving 1 hour distance after work to this location on both Tuesday and Wednesday to receive no assistance was disappointing. I have documents to support these claims, and would like an immediate follow up to get this resolved
