This is for all people that are thinking of using Allianz insurance. Please think again and find another company that do care for clients. I unfortunately have been a client of this company for three years on two properties.
Stupidly I assumed I was covered for accidents in the home and property. I had friends staying and one of them tried to exit a patio door without opening it. He is Ok but the glass on the door had a 15cm scratch put into it. I have been told by Allianz that they will not replace the glass as it was not broken. On the policy I am covered for breakage of glass. So now I have a 15cm long, deep scratch on my patio door. Although the glass is not broken it is dangerous and could go at any time. I say again please do not use this company as clearly they are not bothered about safety of the client.
