My complaint:
I don’t know how to word this but since this virus started I have no contact with my mother alden terrace even sent my mom to the hospital for a UTI and I found out 2 days later she had no phone jack in her room since she was brought there.tgen they tell me she got the virus and now there sending her home and I find this out yesterday
She has no bed which I ask then to get her one thru Medicare 2 weeks ago before they send her home so i can have everything ready for her.now i gotta rush cause i can’t get one more day.and I’m diabetic with high blood pressure i font need the extra stress.snd nobody answer the phone the receptionist or the nurses
