My complaint:
there is no access to emergency line and absolutly no one on the phones.the same person answered my ph call and no one else. i need to know how the odds of this is. also there is no one answereing the phones waiting 8hrs and looking like the same today. i got through only to be told they the emergency line for funds and food cannot release any of the above. there is no one on the phones . no one
Suggested solution:
if its an emergency line then have somone answering the phones that can help with emergency situations and not have only one person answering the emergency line that can only refer you back to the main help line that there is no one ansering the phone. i would give the a negative rating if i could. i am educated and not on drugs so maybe clean up your act and give to those that need what they need.
