My complaint:

Nawaes Al madina- This madina when we order things from there shop they are telling minimum 10 dhms for card payment. And also now they started doing this for home delivery as well even if we are paying in cash. If we question about this to them the answer we get to hear from is no body is forcing you to buy from our shop. Don’t buy leave it.

Why should i leave it. Why should I have to listen from their mouth when as a customer I have rights to ask them to send the things less then 10 dhms. Is there any rule by any chance we have to buy like that. And applause to their delivery timings . We get things after 2 hours of ordering. They do not pick up in the number they provide in the bill also they will take orders only on whatsapp. No calls it seems.

Please take action .

Suggested solution:

First of all they should respond to msgs on time then only we can get our delivery faster . Secondly they cannot send 10 different orders for delivery to one person. Any one stays next building and they say it\'s urgent they shud deliver atleast by 15 to 20 min. The listerally have to stop this minimum order business and start providing for the things which is only bought even if it\'s less than 10 dhms.
