My complaint:
Hello I have been booking a room in this hotel for the past 4 days and I’m very discusted with what I have been through today on Tuesday Jun 212021 at 4:30 pm 2 of the staff members divided and unlawfully
Forced there way in to the room and assaulted one of the tenets witch in result has hit her in the face and pushed her to get into the room with no reason at all and the second time when she left another staff on the same shift has also forced her way in well the female tenet was changing and
And has now exposed her to the public with nothing but bra and underwear on and the staff member had nothing but to say is she doesn’t care and that it’s alright that the female was not wearing any clothing but those two articles then she starts throwing the police and taking pics of the room and us and not to begin to say that we are smoking in the room and not allowed to have bikes in our room when I was told by every other.
Employee in the airport travelers inn that it’s OK as long as it wasn’t dirty. Then about 20 min after all that they told us we had to leave and gave us a time and continued to hit the door and yell cuss words at us.
And to be honest I have experienced this one or more times a few years back and the same staff assaulted my late and now ex wife when she was pragnette and cause a miss Carrie witch nothing was done about due to one of the staff pusing her down the stairs.
This is not acceptable at all and I do want to see some kind of action taken agent’s these staff members before the same thing happens to other people like India with my ex wife.
There ubprofecinal and disrespectful and should never work in a infatuation with family’s they need to be punished to the furthered Stent of any law.
Suggested solution:
Either fire the employee on shift and or gives us a free accomidashions
