My complaint:
Hello, has been one week that Air Calin lost my luggage! Still waiting for some response from these unprofessional, uncaring scoundrels. Where is my luggage? One week without luggage after arriving in Singapore, now in Vacations in Bali, and still no luggage and worse still pitiful communication from Air Calin. They still do not know where my luggage is!Hopeless!

Finding my bag or giving me any information or compensation for the bag lost
