My complaint:
We boarded this flight and was seating in 37A and 37B and a lady was seating in 38D with her partner at 38F so nobody in 38E (lucky there wasn’t) we were told the flight attendants were to get flight ready for leaving. When this lady got out of seat and went to the toilet infront of were the seats were. She was told by flight manager need to wait but she lifted her finger and she one minute. And then went to the toilet. When she came out and walked pass us we could smell the vomit on her and seen all down her front of dress along with the smell of alcohol. Then she sat down. The flight manager then went to close the toilet door or what the do to see it needed attend. Then a flight attend lady went to hear to check she was ok and told her she just had opeartion 7 weeks ago but that was lies she was intoxiced. Then the flight was delayed until the fixed it up the flight attendants all viewing and not sure what to do next. We are then told a problem with toilet and they will be getting fixed before flight leaves. We all knew it was something to do with the lady seating in 38D. When the toilet was sorted well a while of waiting they let us know we are now away (1 hour later) the flight attendants sitting. The lady removed her dress and had a black underdress on. She was fighting and sweating with her husband over his doing stuff on their Taitland holiday. Then she pull down her top of underdress with tits out and went over to husband and said so you want some of this or what you had enough of the other ladies. There were guys that were watching and enjoying the show but was disgusting then she laid down in seat with legs open and had no underpants on so seen her vagaina this was sick and with children on flight too not good then said so you want this then. He said stop and pushed her legs together then she seat back down then put seatbelt on. then we started getting up into the air she started sweating and saying lets crash crash then we all die laughting. Then it got out of control the next 8 hours we listened to her sweating at the husband, to her taking a bottle of wine from kitchen then saying she wants a glass then was told you cant do that then it was taken off her by flight attendant, to wanting to light up a joint, she slept off and on for 5-10mins max then woke nutted at the young girl behind her too. Getting her bags from up the top then spraying perfume, cream all over then throwing her tray of food in the isle. The flight attendants were giving her water and cookies to sober her up. Then a few hours before getting to Auckland she went to sleep then woke up all nice with husband but had no idea where her bags were so she had moved them up and down through flight. So she was opening all along the rows for them. I was over her by then along with a lot of others and said you bags are on the other side where you put them. This lady if you want to call her that should never and I mean never should have been allowed on flight so intoxicated as not fair on any others. I was told by a lady when I went to the toliet through the flight that the intoxicated lady had been warned at airport but my question to you is why was you allowed on flight and with all the problems she caused on flight wasn’t needed and if you didnt allow her on we would have had a good flight and no problems or delay on toliet issues. We didn’t need to have this situation to deal with on the flight and it made us very uneasy and didn’t sleep as was worry what she would do next. I changed seats with my partner as I was feeling very uneasy about her about 10 mins into the flight too.
Suggested solution:
She should banned from flights Air Nz for at lease 2 years and we want a full refund on flights
