My complaint:
A customer service agent booked me on a wrong date, misleading me into making me pay an additional amount, and then booking me on a date that I was in no way going to fly on. They they refused to acknowledge the wrong date and claimed it was my fault.
Suggested solution:
They should give me a full refund.
