My complaint:
I went to this tire shop in Palmdale California to purchase 2 tires in the process the employee broke both of my sensors that goes to the rim I didn’t notice till after I left my rim was damaged as I got home with a flat tire that was replaced I asked the owner for help and hes just giving me the run around. on top of everything his employee was told by the owner not to talk to me cause he knows how his employee is Meaning violent from what I understood
Suggested solution:
If he can please help me with the replacement of my rim I payed $1200 brand new and still have the receipt for them all I want is some type of compensation which he is avoiding me and is not fair to anybody I dont think they are even licensed to run a shop like that they dont have proper machine nor do they have any space to be running a tire shop
