My complaint:

The doctor ask me catract surgery. I chose all distance lens but he asked me change to intermdiate lens that cannot see near distance. But he cheat me I can see and no need wear glasses. Later even right eye with basic lens (cannot see near distance) can surgery again to have all distance lens. After surgery, I find I cannot see near at all. so I went to tell him. He gave me the eye drop which make me very pain for 10 min. and whole night little pain and tears. Next morning, both eyes swelled and blurred.
I talk to United Health medicare plan, they ask me change doctor. I told many people, all ask who is the doctor? even the United Health plan sent a home visit doctor, my primary doctor, cosco eyeglass doctor, say I can choose all distance lens and write down Eric is a bad doctor. Now my new eye doctor say the eye drop Eric gave me is for glaucoma but I don’t have, should not use. It may damage my left eye already because after cataract surgery, water cannot enter eye.
So help me fight , complain and claim
Later, may contribute to organization study relation between patient and doctor and medical organization for best medicare for patient. Or make a web so people can take their medical condition and problem. Patient usually become half doctor because they will study their case detailly.

Suggested solution:

They should pay my loss of eye vision.
