My complaint:

Adobe is charging me a corporate-business fee of $90.30 and denies me an individual fee of 36.89 euro $39.66. Please see attached docs for more evidence. On 03-08-23 I signed up for Adobe creative cloud 1 yr. subscription paid monthly $90.30 since I was hired as a photographer by costar group in Feb.23 so I needed adobe software. I was laid off in May, 23. Since July, 23 I moved to Poland, EU. Multiple tries to contact Adobe, but no reply. Their chat support is simply AI with generic answers, no real help. I can’t cancel due to over $200 cancellation fee, can’t change to a proper-individual fee of $39.66 for EU region or even their US fee of $59.99. Since I can’t communicate with Adobe and due to my move to Poland in Oct. 23 I had canceled/closed the bank acct. for adobe autopay. yet Adobe tries to auto-charge and threatens me with suspension, collections after Feb. 9th. 23. Adobe business Fee; 7 months x90.30 $632.10 vs what I should paid, EU resident; 7 months x39.66 $277.62 a $354.48 difference, US resident; 7 months x$59.99$419.93 a $212.17 difference is more than enough to cover the subscription for remaining 5 months plus refund.
Dec. 23 FTC and other US gov. agencies are already investigating Adobe for the exact same scam subscriptions, cancellation fees and lack of proper customer support. Adobe created a MONOPOLY, treats their customers with NO RESPECT, lies and scams and even threatens people. I expect a reply from Adobe. I demand a proper bill adjustment from the last 7 months, store credit or refund for remaining balance and upcoming 5 months by Feb. 9th. ’24. Starting March, ’24 I will be happy to renew my INDIVIDUAL annual subscription for $39.66 per month as an EU resident. If no reply, if no bill adjustment I will have no choice but to file a fraud-charge back and take legal action vs Adobe.

Suggested solution:

I expect a reply from Adobe. I demand a proper bill adjustment from the last 7 months, store credit or refund for remaining balance and upcoming 5 months by Feb. 9th. '24. Starting March, '24 I will be happy to renew my INDIVIDUAL annual subscription for $39.66 per month as an EU resident. If no reply, if no bill adjustment I will have no choice but to file a fraud-charge back and take legal action vs Adobe.
