My complaint:

I PURCHASED A PAIR OF SHOES ON AUGUST 23, 2023 AND THEY WERE DELIVERED WITH A DEFECT. THE RIGHT SHOES COMES TO A SHARP POINT AT THE TOE AND SENDS TO HAVE A HARD PIECE OF MATERIAL CAUSING THE SORE TO LOOK THIS WAY. I SPOKE WITH 6 DIFFERENT AGENTS WHOM ALL HAVE AGREED AND STATED THAT THE SHOE CLEARLY HAS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. SO I DECIDED TO FILE A CASE TO HAVE MY MONEY SENT BACK TO ME AND RETURN THE CLEARLY DEFECTIVE ITEM.
TODAY I CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE ON MY CLAIM AND WAS TOLD IT WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T SEE ANYTHING WRONG…
THESE PHOTOS CLEARLY DISPLAY A DEFECT IN THIS ITEM. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL GLADLY RETURN THE SHOE. $250 IS ALOT AS IT IS, BUT IT’S EVEN WORSE WHEN THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE IS POORLY CONSTRUCTED AND THEN YOU’RE TOLD BY MULTIPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, ALTHOUGH I SEE THERE’S DEFINITELY A DEFECT, THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO BUT OFFER 15% OFF ANOTHER PURCHASE.
THIS IS INSANE
