My complaint:

I went in to the clinic for my major health problems and the doctor ***** gave me 4 referrals and told me to make appointment asap so that’s what I did.In order for me to make it to my appointments she have to fax my paperwork back to my job but she will not I called to talk with her but NO reply and I been calling for over a week now so I talk with a lady name **** and she was so disrespectful no customer service at all she even hang the phone up in my face and first off when you have a appointment set for a time you sit there for 2-3 hours before they call your name they sit in that clinic and do more talking and laughing than they do work.

Suggested solution:

I just want to keep up with my appointments because I be in so much pain that I could barely do my daily routine.How can I get my paperwork filled out if the doctor or her assistant don\'t want to do their work correctly...URGENT REPLY PLEASE
