My complaint:

AARP insurance and drug plans when originally set up was sup. insurance EFT and Drug Prescription Debit Card. I became aware that DC payments were immediately taken from checking account but EFT payments seem to take forever. So, I’m thinking as I like to keep my cking account balanced, let me make both debit card. OMG, you go to SI page with three circles for FOP a-EFT and last digits of cking account, b-different checking account(or add) c-creditdebit card . Note 3 selections but when you click C. a popup comes up asking for card info.. as soon a 1 letter entered for name on card. It bounces the customer out.

Remember now the original filled in circle for EFT drops. to the new selection. From this point the customer is being forced to use EFT. Called AARP after 3 representative transfers . Of which the last says but Mr. Gaines we cannot hold the card information. Excuse me, hey sport your holding my checking and the debit card info in the Drug Prescription page are you not.?? Silence Listen, someone at AARP or United Health needs to change or fulfill my request as I’m sure I am not the first . Have someone or a tech company correct the FOP page or have a stipulation Once selected FOP cannot be changed. .

Suggested solution:

Find a way to accept my debit card for Supplemental Insurance on the pay online website.
