My complaint:
I have 2 x 2 degrees sim cards and neither of them can make or take calls on any phone while in Doves Bay, Kerikeri, Northland, New Zealand.
I’ve complained about this to 2 degrees and TDR and Fairway Disputes and the Commerce Commission and nothing is being fixed.
Suggested solution:
Ensure the new Cell Tower that\'s been install actually works.
