My complaint:
Kapolei 24 hr fitness center is in very poor shape. First the swimming pool and jacuzzi been closed for months, pool just recently re-opened but jacuzzi not hot. The equipment treadmills, stationary bikes- many are out-of-order, this is a problem when this fitness center is busy. Why are these machines not replaced? Members are being ripped off. Blowers in restrooms not working so can’t dry hands, ok, so put hand towels in the rest rooms. Is the 24 hr open 24 hr now or still not?
