My complaint:
Deposit of 3500 on 25/02/24
Had to wait 7working days..waited.
Then again 14working days waited provide the payee details up to till date bank statement all things from my done they mentioned.
But they transaction not received..
I enquired my concern bank regarding the transaction they that transaction was successful and credited manually to the beneficiary even in the chat and call I tried many times..now they why am requesting multiple times regarding the issue…they were in position to sort the issue but they are escalating and downing my morality by using the words… literally I lost trust on them please help
Suggested solution:
Get me my deposit amount and delete the account with immediate effect
