My complaint:
I tried to withdraw my money from 1xbet but from 11/04/2025 they are continuously declined my payment instead they just showed me a successful payment of 7500 which i didn’t get I reached their customer service but they just said that the withdrawal is successful. Second thing after that I withdraw INR 27635 but they continuously decline my payment and also they removed all the withdrawal option from my account. My gaming account no – 589804641
Suggested solution:
For INR 7500 they told me that the withdrawal was successful and gave me a UTR no . Which was declined by my bank.
For other payment which they are continuously rejecting,they told me due to technical issue
